My Client-First Philosophy

To me, there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a RE/MAX real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. It also means that I do not partake in "dual agency" which my clients should take comfort in knowing that I only have their individual best interests at heart, always. 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest and greatest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I’ve been a real estate Broker now for over 10 years now.  Prior to becoming a Broker, worked in the legal field.  I enjoyed what I did but felt trapped being in an office all day long.  I needed to be out and about. So after being in the legal profession for over 8 years, I decided to take a risk and change careers.  It was scary going from a weekly paycheck to a job that has no security and really never knowing when you will receive a paycheck.  But, anything worth doing is worth doing well and so I jumped in both feet first and never looked back.  I love helping clients purchase their first home or selling their first home and finding their second home or vacation home.  Its very rewarding seeing the joy on their faces.  I enjoy the client/friendship even after the sale.  Its really  no different than having a family doctor or mechanic or even a lawyer.  I’m there for them for all their real estate needs.  Then when I receive a referral from one of my clients or past clients, its the biggest compliment I can ever hope to receive.  

I also love to act and sing.  I’ve been involved with many movies shot right here in Philadelphia.  I’ve met some great people and some awesome celebrities.  I love music and am learning to play the guitar.
